Ian Gelder, famed for his position as Kevan Lannister in hit collection Recreation of Thrones, has died on the age of 74.
Simply 5 months after being identified with bile duct most cancers, Ian Gelder handed away on Could 6, 2024.
Prime Time News24 was confirmed by his husband, Ben Daniels, who shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
Sharing a selfie with Gelder, Daniel wrote in caption, “It’s with enormous enormous disappointment and a heavy coronary heart damaged into 1,000,000 items that I’m leaving this put up to announce the passing of my darling husband and life associate Ian Gelder.”
He revealed that Gelder “was identified with bile duct most cancers in December and yesterday he handed at 13.07.”
Daniels had paused his personal profession to look after the Silent Witness actor throughout his sickness, expressing shock on the fast development of the illness.
“He was my absolute rock and we’d been companions for greater than 30 years. If we weren’t collectively we spoke to one another on a regular basis. He was the kindest, most beneficiant spirited and loving human being. He was a beautiful great actor and everybody who labored with him was touched by his coronary heart and light-weight,” Daniels added.
